I am 5'11" 185 and the large fit perfect. Good value for a quality jacket. This is my third Exelement jacket, all great quality jackets.

Not bad jacket! Fit was nice but bought other items that needed to be returned. Didn't go so well. Refund took weeks and only after several phone calls did I get my refund on their mistake! Warning! Buyer be ware! Make sure of your size and make sure you really want it.

John D. from TELLICO PLNS, TN:
Very nice jacket and my S&W AstroLite fits the gun pocket perfectly! HOWEVER, the sizing chart is way off. I'm 6'7, 285 lbs. Chart indicated a 2XL would fit. Based on the other comments, I ordered the largest, a 3XL. It's a bit tight. If I wasn't on a weight loss program, I'd find the fit too tight. They need to correct the sizing chart and also make a 4XL size.

I absolutely love this jacket! It is exactly what I have been looking for. I was happy with all the feature and value. Unfortunately it runs extremely small I usually wear an extra large mens or 2xl women's. I bought the men 2xl anticipating the the coat would be pretty fitted when I got it I couldn't even begin to zip it. So I returned it for a 3 X which just barely fit but would have been okay except that the sleeves were about 2 inches too long. Because of the zippers,l on the sleeves there is no way to shorten them. So, sadly I will be returning this one also. In terms of service and speed of delivery time I was extremely happy.

Larry K. from MANSFIELD, SD:
I ordered this jacket because of all the wonderful features of this jacket. Was greatly disappointed when it came and it was way too small. I ordered as the chart recommended, but found that we should have ordered two(2) sizes larger. When I went to reorder this jacket in larger sizes, 3XL is the largest available for that jacket. We were hoping to use these jacket as a real safety help as we traveled in the Southwest, as the mesh seemed to be the answer. Hope this helps someone when ordering this jacket. Good looking, but too small.

This is my second Xelement jacket I have gotten through LeatherUp. I needed a good summer jacket. Very happy with the product. Can't really speak to durability as I have only had it a couple of weeks, but at this point it seems very well made. I normally wear a 2XL but ordered a 3XL, which at first I thought was a mistake. But with the larger size, the sleeves fit really well and with the Velcro waist cinches, it is snug and cool. And it looks great!

I found that the jacket runs normal to size, nice quality with sleeves of sufficient length to cover your wrists, was pleasantly pleased with the fit and the breathability. Seems cooler than my other mesh jacket. I'm giving 5s because of the perceived quality of fit and feel. Gun pocket fits my 1911.

Sizing - I'm 5'7" and 185 and I ordered the Large. Perfect fit. Gun pocket has two holders: one for the handgun and other for an additional magazine. Great airflow and the inner liner is thick enough to be used in cooler temps.

G. from ARLINGTON, TX:
I just got the jacket. Snug fit. Got the XL. Might go up one size. Since it's springtime in Texas. Don't need the liner. Then it fits nice and snug. Good looks, lots of pockets. Love the color. Make me stand out. Especially with the traffic we have here. Nice to be seen. The jacket moves well. I don't feel like I'm stuffed in a can. Love the long zipper sleeve. The mesh is nice and airy. I am very happy with the price, the look and the fit.

Terry N. from KINGSPORT, TN:
I bought this jacket for summertime riding. It is heftier than I expected it to be, but much of the added weight is due to the zip-out liner and armor. The jacket definitely runs small, and I could not zip it up with the liner in place. Since I don't plan to use it in colder weather this really didn't bother me, although I wish I could have bought one size larger. I bought the largest size (3X) which matches my chest and shoulders size perfectly, but it is tight around the belly despite my waist being several inches smaller than what the size claims to fit. There is a lot of tapering in the waist of this jacket which I believes accounts for the tighter fit. It really makes me look great with it on, though. My wife was really impressed. The material of the jacket is mesh, and air passes through it easily while riding. I rode in 84-degree weather today with fairly high humidity and still felt cool with the jacket on. The feel of the armor is very reassuring, and I hope I will never have to test it out. The mesh makes the jacket construction feel a little frail, and I'm not sure how much abuse a jacket like this can really take without ripping. I treat my clothes well so I don't expect it to be an issue for me, but it may not hold up well for those who play rough and tumble with it on. For the money spent I think this is a really nice jacket for riding in hot weather, and it costs far less than branded jackets at the Harley dealership offering less features.

Items runs small, normally wear a XL, Ordered a 2XL and fits nice (6'1" 210 lbs). Looks like it will be a good warm weather Jacket, vary airy. I ordered a Mens med for my wife (she normally wears a small-medium) it fits her good. Don't know about the durability just got it.
