| I ordered this jacket for my son who just celebrated his 43rd Birthday. He LOVES it. The fit is a true size. He tells me everyday Mom, this is the best. I will order again from Leather Up. No problems in billing and delivery was fast. I really took a chance on this order, coming from a mother and grandmother who knows nothing about motorcycle jackets. So very pleased. You will be on my birthday list, christmas list etc .... Could not say enough for this great purchase. Thanks!!!!!!! |

| I like this Jacket because it is really lightweight. This is a mesh with armor. It can be worn under any coat or sweater to give you that super hero look. So I would recommend this to anyone who already has a favorite leather jacket, but feel they need armor underneath for the ride. I am 6'3" 195 lbs, and my son is 6'3" 140 lbs. I got the XL for myself and the Large for him. I could wear both and look good, but the Large was a truer fit. I can only wear a t-shirt with the large though, nothing else. Good Purchase for summer protection. |

Jacob B. from NORMAN, OK: |
| I got the jacket on 3/14 and got to use it. I live in Oklahoma and the weather was a beautiful 80 degrees today. The jacket is very breathable and looks sharp. All construction of the jacket seems very high quality including the zipper. The tension straps on the under side of the arms and the rib areas on the jacket are super nice and give you the exact amount of space and movement you need whether your are riding with a t-shirt or a hoodie. I ordered the same as my Icon textile jacket (3x) and, with some tweaking of the tension straps, the fit was absolutely perfect. The only negative things I can think of is the mesh is a little rough, but I think it will soften up with some use. Also, I am a pretty big guy at 6'1 and 260. My torso is pretty long and I wish the trunk of the jacket was just an inch longer. Other wise everything is excellent and more than I would expect from a 60 dollar jacket. As usual, Leather Up did an exceptional job with shipping. Ordered late afternoon on last Friday 3/8 and received it yesterday on 3/14. It essentially only took them 4 days to get a package about 1200 miles to me, which is excellent.
If you have any reserves about this jacket, make the plunge! great choice for summer riding. Feels great, fits perfectly, and looks sharp for about 30 percent the cost of my textile jacket. |

| This jacket looks like it will definately suit my needs for the summer to come. I wanted to have something that would handle the really hot days in tne middle of the Ohio summers. The mesh looks sturdy and the armour looks as though it will give the protection you will need. My only issue was the velcro on the inside pocket ripped off the first time I tried to open it. I think that they used too strong of velcro for this pocket. A zipper would have been a better coice or a "weaker" velcro. It's not that big of a deal, the jacket still looks like it will do the job. |

| Very good quality for the price. I am 6'3" and this sits right at my waist when standing and will come up some when I sit down. sleeves are a good length. I ordered the same size that I usually wear in t-shirts and it fit snug but fine (I prefer them a little tight). I would buy again. |

| This is a very nice product. I've ridden in cool and warm temps in it and it has made all climates quite comfortable. It is lightweight but gives you confidence with the armor. I sort of wish it had a liner but I guess I could always throw a long sleeve t- or sweatshirt under it. Now I need to get pants to go with it. |

Justin S. from LINCOLN, NE: |
| Been wearing this jacket for about a month here in hot/humid Nebraska. The jacket is high quality and lets air in through out the entire jacket, which is great. I normally wear a large so I ordered a large and just right, with just enough room for something underneath, but this is a summer jacket so whats the point of that?
Armor is great and sits in the right spots and you will quickly forget its armored once the jacket is on. 95 degree day the other day and with this jacket I was cool as a cucumber (while moving) can get a little hot at stop lights, but its worth it as it looks cool as hell and your got some good protection.
My only complaint would be that when you button the neck up its a little rough on your skin as you turn your head side to side, could have used something smother around the collar, but other than that, the jacket fits just right in all the right places. |

| I see all these people riding around with t shirs on and just can't do it, the road is unforgiving but my heavy leather jacket just is not a real option in the Kansas heat. So I thought I would give this a try. It fits to the same size as my leather HD Jacket and had adjustment tabs on the sleaves and sides. The pads are there but not anoying. I don't want to see if I will keep me from road rash but it is a nice alturnitve to the leather. It seems to be anouther high quality product from Leatherup. |

| First thing that impressed me with this jacket was the quality. To be honest, for $60 I wasn't sure how nice this jacket would be. I was pleasently surprised with both the construction and materials, the fit is nice too. I'm 5'10", 175 lbs, and typically where between a Med and a Large. I bought the large in this jacket and it's perfect. What others don't mention in their reviews is that you can cinch all the straps down creating a snug fit for t-shirt riding, or loosen all the straps out to accomidate extra space to wear layers for cooler riding. With straps loosened I can easliy wear a sweat shirt under it for cool morings. Thanks Leather Up! |

| Nice jacket. Length fits great. My only concern is that the armor on the elbows seems to be loose and sags. I'm not sure if this is suppose to fit this way or if it's suppose to fit snug on the arms. I don't want to exchange for the Medium because I think the length is going to be too short. |

| This is a no-brainer for summer riding if you still want to retain some decent protection without the heat soaking effect of a heavy jacket. Size-wise, I usually wear medium, chest size between 38-39", and the medium is a nice fit. I had initially ordered the large, but too baggy, especially in the arms. The elbow protection moves around a bit, so keep in mind that if you buy larger, it will float around. One size smaller will likely keep all the protection in place nicely (and I have looked at other jacket companies that would recommend a Small for my chest size), but then you'll be sporting the Euro look! The fabric does stretch somewhat, so I would buy true to size before thinking about sizing up. |

| Very breathable jacket (its mesh so what do you expect?) Lightweight and comfy. Lots of adjustable straps. Nice amount of armor throughout. I wear size small tshirts so I got a small jacket. Fits good, not too big, but big enough to wear a thick hoody under it for those cold rides. |

| For starters...Great job Leatherup.com. Thanks!
Delivery time was dead on. One item arrived. Looked at invoice indicating other was to ship. Checked e mail to confirm. 1 hr later other item was at door from a dif'nt shipping point. Too cool.
The cf 505 jacket is as good as can be expected for the price. In the southeast texas temps at this time of year, sat 4/23/11 temps were mid 80's. Low humidity because of 20 mph winds. The jacket had to come off at noon. Just a bit thickish. When the sun hit the horizon, it was well suited to finish the 330 mi ride for the day. I am 5'8, 165. Got a lg to accomodate a layer under. Perfect for that. Therefore I think this one may run true.
IS-MAX-BT HJC helmet. I wear a 6 7/8 fitted cap. That is a small to HJC chart. Went with a medium cuz I have a HJC full face in med. Perfect fit. Love it. If you worry about buffetting noise, Stay in your car. It is a damn helmet!
Closing the chin vent dampened some of the air noise. Also, the shield stayed in place up to 70mph or so when lifted to first notch to let air in.
That is behind an 18" w/s on a bmw st model.
I am not disappointed in any manner. |

| I just bought this jacket and it arrived today. Despite what others say, the sizing runs true to the chart. I ordered a large and it fits great. I wear a 42 regular in jackets, stand 5'9" tall and wear a 34 in pants and the sizing was dead on the money. If you ordering this jacket in hopes it will be as good or better than the name brand jackets out there, then this is not the jacket for you. If your looking for a decent jacket that will do the job, be cool in the middle of the summer, and cost 1/5 of what you would pay for a name brand, then I would highly suggest it. |

| First, I ordered a XL size jacket. I'm 5"11" and weigh 195. The XL was too big so I sent it back and ordered a large. The large fit fine and was easy to adjust. It's a great hot weather jacket and works really well in weather from 80- 100 degrees. It beats riding in a tee shirt or hot leather jacket in really hot weather. The mesh breaths well and the armor will no doubt save you some skin if you go for a slide. A great value for the price. I would definitely buy other products from Leatherup. Frank in Mass. |
